still waiting for customer service

I accidentally bought the wrong battery. I called, left a message and a representative called me back. She said that she would send me the return information so I could return the battery and get a refund. 2 weeks later, I am still waiting. I have called once again but after leaving a message, nothing.

Because they asked...

I'm writing this review because the Ledlendser team ask so nicely. I haven't had a chance to use this battery yet so all I can say is is Ledendser customer service is superb. I've dealt with them a few times before and alway extremely satisfied. Maybe I will make it back and leave a battery review after I have had a chance to to use it.
