My light had poor run time after years of use and I contacted customer service and they quickly answered and started the warranty process had the light shipped out almost same day led lenser has been amazing as far as quality and service

I have had this headlamp for 4 years and it is Not my favorite. First, it requires an odd magnetic charging cable which is proprietary only to LED Lenser. And it doesn't hold tight, the magnet often comes off the port and the headlamp stops charging. I plug it into charge the night before a trip and though it was ready by the morning. But the magnet had come lose and it stopped charging... I had to rely on my backup and trusted Black Diamond for that Adirondack trip. 2nd, the single button control is confusing. I lent this to a friend and he returned it saying he could not turn it on to keep it on. A headlamp should be intuitive, not require fussing around with to function. Finally, that single button has now pooped out. Too many hard presses I guess and now it fails to function. The light turns on, then off by itself, or the red light turns on and the main light doesn't. Frustrating as this is an expensive headlamp. This should not have failed after moderate use of just 4 years.

Q:I’m looking at the MH7 headlamp. It says that it has a red light for night vision, but no other info on the red light. Etc how bright/location/use. Any help with this would be great. Thanks mike If not I am looking for a small white led light that also has a red or green light on it.
