Unfortunately, the P7 sheath is too short for a P7R. It would have been nice if the sheath description could have stated this fact. It isn't worth the hassle or expense to return it. And the fit is not great where it is obviously made to fit the P7R Work flashlight. There is about 5/8" of space between the top edge of the P7R Core and the inside of the flap on the sheath when closed properly. An ok solution but not at all perfect.
